                 A bigger issue is that it is illegal to ride hoverboards outdoors. The
            Transport Department classifies them as ‘motor vehicles’, which means that
            they must be registered and licensed before they can hit the street or the
            road.

                 Can you ride it outside Hong Kong then? No, British Airways and
            some other airlines have forbidden electric scooters, or hoverboards, on
            flights. Therefore, you can’t take them with you to other countries and if
            you buy a hoverboard overseas, you can’t bring it back to Hong Kong.

                 I think a hoverboard is a useless machine if we can’t ride it outdoors.
            It isn’t fun to ride your hoverboard at home, is it? It is especially true if your
            home isn’t spacious.

                 Because of the reasons above, I suggest that you not buy a hoverboard
            but I’ll respect your decision no matter what. What do you think? Write
