into a coach. That was funny but definitely not a good experience. After the
activity, I must say that Rachel may not be trustworthy but she did her best
and I should have trusted her more.

On the morning of the third day, we had a funny but tiring activity
          – jogging along the Ma On Shan Promenade. To start off, I am not good
at running and the worst thing was that we had to run near the sea and I
have thalassophobia! Whenever I see the sea, I will feel very worried and
tremble with fear. The melancholy dark blue sea always makes me unable to
breathe. I told Mr Fong, our coach, that I wanted to give up. But he said, ‘If
you don’t challenge yourself, you will never know you can overcome your
fear. Life is full of challenges, so don’t be afraid, kid! Just keep going!’ With
the coach’s encouragement, though I felt a bit more comfortable, I still
hesitated, But at last, I ran under the sun, the blue sky and by the beautiful
          sea. I was free!

The military camp was exhausting but it gave me a chance to
challenge myself and to overcome my fear. At last, I overcame my fear and
built up stronger bonds with my classmates!
