Through the above recommendations, I think that mothers would be
more likely to breastfeed in public places. Merely relying on our association
is not enough to encourage mothers to breastfeed, so we hope that your
department will work with us to promote breastfeeding. We also hope our
suggestions will be considered to improve the situation.
