School Life     To Ki Chun, Cruz 3D (2016-2017)








                 Good morning, Principal, teachers and fellow students. I am Cruz To
            from Class 2D, one of the winners of the Student of the Year Award which
            was presented by the Parent Teacher Association.

                 Have you ever dreamt of having a meaningful, successful and
            enjoyable life? Have you ever dreamt of going to school and actually doing
            so? Well, it is not just a dream now. If that is what you want, you can
            finally have it. Here is my personal experience and some tips on how to
            make one’s school life meaningful, successful and enjoyable.

                 If you are thinking of making your school life meaningful, here are
            some tips. You can do something to help others. You can join meaningful
            activities, such as visiting the elderly, picking up rubbish at beaches,
            planting trees and more. All of the activities mentioned just now will surely
            make your school life more meaningful. Not only will you help others, you
            will also make people, such as your teachers, friends and family members
            proud of what you do.

                 If you want to be a successful person, you should start by having a
            successful school life. Let me share my personal experience with you all.
            When I was smaller, I read books about successful people from around the
            globe and I wanted to be one of them. I wanted to study hard and thought,
            who knows, maybe I would invent something big one day. The first thing
            I did was to know my limits. Knowing this is important as it will be easier
            for you to push yourself to the next level. Then I studied harder and harder
            and kept on finding ways to improve myself. As a wise man once said,
            ‘practice makes perfect’, I finally became one of the top students in our
