Travel Tsoi Yuet Yiu, Lumi 3D (2016-2017)

Good morning principal, teachers and fellow students. I am Lumi
Tsoi from 2D. Today, I am honoured to be here to share with you my trip
in the Maldives. I went there during the Easter holiday this year and I had
a fantastic time there.

The Maldives are famous for their beautiful views and their spectacular
beaches. People go there mostly for sea activities. I went snorkelling and
saw a lot of different sea creatures down in the impressive blue sea, like
turtles, jellyfish, scallops and more.

The most memorable experience in the Maldives was that I won the
lucky draw to go on a hot-air balloon ride! Although I had to wait for a
long time before I could get on the hot-air balloon, it was worth it! I was
speechless when I was up in the sky and looked down at the islands. It was
dawn at that time. The sun, the sea and the islands created an extraordinary
picture. When I got back to the island, my soul was still up in the sky,
thinking of the stunning and breathtaking views.

If you also want to visit the Maldives, here are some suggestions for
you. Some snorkelling equipment will not fit you, so I recommend you buy
your own in Hong Kong. Also, it will get noisy in the afternoon, so the best
walking time on the beach is in the morning, before 10am. You may run
into some sea creatures, like crabs, on the seashore. Remember not to poke
them or to pick them up.
